Legal Fees and Expenses

Cash4Garages Ltd can recommend a solicitor to act on your behalf. We will pay for any legal fees associated with the sale of your lock-up garage to a maximum of £300. Alternatively, you may wish to choose your own solicitor. In such circumstances we are prepared to make a contribution towards the cost up to an amount of £300. If you agree to sell your garage through Cash4Garages Ltd by entering into our contract, and subsequently decide to withdraw from the agreement, you will be responsible for any legal and associated expenses incurred.
